Refund Policy:

Until August 15th, 2021 refunds available less $50 non-refundable fee

August 16th, 2021 to September 7th, 2021 refunds available less $100 non-refundable fee

After September 8th, 2021 no refunds

You can register up to Ocrober 1st at 12pm (noon) without a special diet request.

Registration will be capped at 22 participants 

We will offer a shuttle service between the dinning hall, lodge and bonfire for those with mobility issues.

Covid Protocols

The ERC is  following the rules set out by Public Health [they're governed by the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph (WDG) PH district].

Up to now, when they were able to open, it was with mask wearing in all interior spaces except for in bedrooms and while physically eating (and seated at a table). They told everyone to maintain 2m physical distancing in all situations. They had hand-sanitizer at all main entrances plus at other "high traffic" locations and PH signs were posted throughout to remind persons of these rules.

They do not have specific rules surrounding bathrooms. Some groups spaced showering times over the day (but that was up to them - there were no requirements or PH guidelines around showers as of today). They made the suggestion to groups of assigning/labelling sink/toilet/shower to small sets of people (our retreat will follow this  suggestion).

🔹️For those that are already registered or want to register and are fully vaccinated, you will need to provide your receipts and identification to the ERC ( more information to follow about how, and when to submit)

🔹️For those that are already registered or want to register and are not fully vaccinated, you will need to provide a 48hour negative rapid antigen test  ( more information to follow about how, and when to submit)

All ERC staff are expected to be fully vaccinated by the time our group arrives.
